It’s a small chest freezer - efficient and quiet. It can get cold enough to keep homemade ice cream at the optimal temperature, and can hold a bunch of things you don’t want exposed to your regrigerator’s defrost cycle. I love this freezer. It is the perfect size for fitting in a small space. It is energy efficient, tiny but mighty. It has a surprisingly large capacity. It looks amazing and cones in different color options. It has 2 little freezer baskets and a cleaning tool. I have not had a whole lot of ice build up so far. It functions exactly like it should if not better. This little freezer was worth every penny. Can not beat the price.

I bought this freezer for my off-grid property and it works perfect. It only draws about 100 W so keeping it powered it’s not a problem on my 1000 W generator. It freezes super fast it’s the perfect size. I love the drainage hole at the bottom. I love how it opens from the top and stays open. I like the baskets and it comes with and the size of a 3.5 cubic is perfect if it’s neatly in a corner that is big enough to hold even a big turkey is super awesome. It’s very quiet you can’t hear it. I would definitely recommend this product. I absolutely love it.

The R.W. Flame Chest Freezer is exactly what we were looking for. The interior design is incredibly spacious, you can fit a ton of frozen items. The operation is nearly silent. This chest freezer is durably constructed for years of worry free use. The freezer has clean lines and blends seamlessly into your garage, pantry, basement or storage room. I bought this to supplement my regular freezer, and had limited room. It gets really cold, and the seal works great. Comes with two baskets. It can be difficult to find things inside due to it being one giant space, and the baskets take up the entire top, so you have to remove them to get underneath. It stores a good amount of food, and at the price point is a great buy.

Purchased in May of last year. Found out today that it stopped working for what seems to be a decent amount of time and all of the meat and produce in the freezer is trash. I am now out a chest freezer and over $800 worth of food. Attempted to troubleshoot this and doesn't seem like any noticeable failed parts. I then assume it is due to a cheap part resulting in a component failure. Not sure what level of reliability this company performs from a life test standpoint but it clearly didn't capture the issue ran into within STANDARD USE of the product. Beyond frustrated with how this has turned out and I hope this helps to avoid others from experiencing this scenario.
