It's not the toilet that's the whole problem. The package arrived partially open. Connecting hoses, taps and fasteners are missing. I spent a considerable amount to get the right replacement parts. There is no way of finding out how to replace batteries. I have been looking online and everywhere but no luck. It sucks about this issue rest all is good.
