This case has been outstanding since I got it. My Switch 1 case was pretty sleek, and I wanted something similar for my Switch 2 case, but I wasn't satisfied with the official Nintendo Switch 2 case features. The build quality of this is fantastic. Very durable, hard shell case with a fabric exterior, and soft padding to cover the screen securely. The carry handle is great, too. I purchased a portable dock cable and it fits securely under the console, and there are cutouts for the Joycon wrist strap adapters under the console as well. The console fits snugly in the case and doesn't slide around any once secured with the velcro strap. The case has 12 little pockets for Switch game cards. I do wish it came with another row of 6 pockets on the outside of the padded insert, or even inside the lid of the case, but I don't have a dedicated home for my Switch games otherwise. The larger version of this case comes with little game card cases, and it looks like one of those would fit cleanly under the console in this case, so that would have been a nice option, too. Alas, it comes without. It comes with two little micro SD cases that fit in the game card sleeves. If you have 11-12 game cards for these pockets, those cases fit easily under the console inside the case. This is a pretty good value for the cost. This isn't the sleekest case on the market for the Switch 2, but I couldn't find any options that were thinner that still offered space for anything else such as game cards or small cables.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is an excellent carrying case for my Nintendo Switch 2. The case feels sturdy and well-made, with a hard shell that gives me confidence my console is protected while traveling. Everything fits neatly inside, including the system, accessories, and game cards, without feeling cramped. I also really like the extra storage pockets and the included game card holders—they make it easy to keep everything organized in one place. The handle is comfortable, the zipper feels durable, and the overall quality is better than I expected for the price. I bought this case for my Nintendo Switch 2, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It holds my Switch 2, an extra controller, and the charger with no problem. If you need to bring the dock instead, there’s enough room for that too, although you won’t have space for an extra controller. I’m using this case for flying, and it’s been perfect. It fits nicely inside my personal bag, which was important because I wanted something compact enough to bring on the plane. I previously had a hard-shell case, but it was much too bulky and took up too much room. This case offers plenty of protection while being much easier to pack and carry. Pros: * Holds the Nintendo Switch 2 securely * Fits a controller and charger, or the dock instead * Compact enough to fit inside a carry-on or personal bag * Great for travel and flying Cons: * Can’t fit both the dock and an extra controller at the same time Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. I’ve owned this case for about 6 months. I’m a handheld gamer, so this has been my primary storage device. Needless to say, I use this consistently and have even taken it on several airline flights and trips. My takeaways: - This case is very sturdy and provides excellent protection. - I love the inlays built into the case, so the Switch 2 fits perfectly into its spot every time. I never tested my old Switch, so I can’t speak to the adapter that makes it compatible with the old Switch. - The zipper on it is sturdy and not super noisy. I genuinely enjoy a quiet zipper because I can slowly unzip/zip it up and not wake my SO in the same room while I game late at night or early in the morning 😂 - I haven’t noticed it carrying any smells, even though I’ve thrown it in my backpack and traveled with it extensively. - With the redesign of the Switch 2 to have its own stand, I thought I would turn into a pro controller gamer, which is why I bought this case specifically and not the slimmer version. I haven’t been using the pro controller, but this case still holds everything you might want to bring with you: cords, charging cables, the pro controller, the Switch 2 with joy-cons, and there’s still room for more. TLDR: In terms of bang for buck, this is an easy sell. For the cost, you won’t find a better case on the market. This should be the case you buy, especially if you are a pro controller gamer.
