My husband uses then, usually when we go out on a day he doesn't want to shower a second time before going out. It smells great, doesn't make your hair all crunchy, and does spiff it up and look nicer. Not sure about adding volume, and once you use this, you really do need to take a shower the next day cause you can feel the product in your hair the next day. I don't use dry shampoo very often because I usually wash my hair daily. I have very dark brown hair. I received a sample of this product and loved everything about it. The scent, the volume it gave my hair, and the biggest bonus was it didn't leave a white cast in my hair. Once I ran out of the sample I bought the larger can.
