I bought this little iron in October 2022 and have absolutely loved it. It heats up quickly, gets nice and hot, gives a beep to warm you when it’s shutting off after not being used for 15 or so minutes. I quilt and craft a lot so it’s had a lot of use! Today I did some pressing with it, and while I was doing something else, it began a steady beeping, and was smoking. I unplugged it immediately and put it outside to cool down before discarding it. I would have reported this directly to the manufacturer, but Product Support just takes you to a series of self-troubleshooting steps to follow.

So far so good. It is the size I wanted and the cord is so much longer than my other mini. It heats up fairly quick and has an auto shut off. The stand that comes with it is very handy also.
