I purchased this for my office chair at work to help with lower back pain. It's easy to attach to the chair. The back side has straps that buckle easily and are stretchy to fit any size office chair. You can turn it either way depending on what kind of support you need for your back. I've been using it for about a week now and it does seem to be helping with the lower back pain, as in it isn't as bad. Good support and quality. The only thing that would make it better is if it was a heating pad too lol. Good purchase for the cost if you are looking for something to help with back pain!!!!!

This is a great product for thoracic support! If I always make sure to have it in my office chair or in any chair I use (watching TV or working), I will not have the upper back pain that is just under my shoulder blade on the left at about T-7. This is from years of working at a computer. I get occasional chiropractic adjustments for it and I never go anywhere without this support. It is miraculous! I need to add that for thoracic support, you just flip it around and put the thicker part uppermost in your chair or seat. I don't see anything to show this on the Amazon page, but there is a card with the product that diagrams both ways to use it, lumbar or thoracic, in the box when you receive it. A friend suggested it to me because she had used it for thoracic support. I have three, one at work, one in home office, one in car (so I am never without it).

The product is comfortable and has great support. But the feeling of seating inches from the car seat made me feel awkward. Just too thick. I would accept the feeling if I was reading in bed. But an obvious pillow in the car was a bit much considering I don't have serious back issues. I purchased it because my new Tundra didn't have power lumbar support.
