After placing my order within 15 minutes time, I decided I didn’t want it and went to return it. There was a message that said my order was not guaranteed for cancellation. I can’t imagine that they packed up that purse and shipped it off within 15 minutes time so they sent it anyway to me that’s crooked. I will never purchase from them again. The purse is extremely cheap looking I could not recommend this to anybody …………….. Just a little note to this company, you need to do better when customers request a return within a normal amount of time instead of cheating them you should actually, do the return instead of making them go through A big process just to do a return I find it pointless and extra work on Amazon. ... show more

Overall, I like this bag and think it’s a cute Chanel dupe - especially for the price. The material is a bit too shiny making it look a little cheap, and it’s a little smaller than I hoped in person. The pearl strap is removable, and I removed mine.
