    • Poor instructions.
The instructions for sensor type selection are not defined well. I had to experiment with settings to determine how it should be set. I have not been able to connect to wifi yet, but it may need an internet connection to function. Support so far for this device is poor.

I often used the reset button to turn off the heat. The button outside is quite big but the button inside is super small. The button came off and the button doesn't work. It was just supported by 4 welded spots and some glue below. It doesn't look reliable.

This thermostat will not work for more than 3 mats. Has 3 milliamp with the GFI. I have 6 mats and it burned up. Need to get a class B having a hard time finding one.

Constantly trips GFCI. Can move my other one from the other room to where this one is and it works fine. One replacement sent. Guess I will have to get another. Wouldnโ€™t purchase again
