This is the first metal carport I have assembled. I wasn't sure what to expect. One of the two heavy boxes was delivered upside down and had some damage to the box. When I opened the boxes both were well packed. Everything was secure and well wrapped. Every panel was covered in a plastic film protecting it from scratches. Following the instructions carefully I was surprised that EVERY pre-drilled hole lined up perfectly. Assembly by myself probably took less than five hours. I do recommend a power drill with adjustable torque setting. Building is well made. I like the vertical roof panel design. To have a local company come out and build a similar carport would have cost me four times more. I did have four trim pieces that had been damaged in transit as the were sitting where the box had been damaged. I contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately.

The medal could be a little thicker, I weigh 120 pounds and I stood on one of the lower horizontal supports and it bent so easily. But otherwise I'm very happy with it. The paint job is great, and all the parts were there. I did buy some extra lumber to cross brace it though.

I'm particular about quality, and this carport met my expectations. The metal frame is exceptionally sturdy, and the components are well-crafted, fitting together seamlessly like a puzzle. There were no issues with alignment or fit. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, with all parts clearly labeled. Each piece had either a high-quality galvanized or painted finish, and the hardware appeared to be durable, featuring galvanized or yellow zinc plating. Overall, the carport seems thoughtfully engineered, with well-designed bracing. I would confidently recommend this product.

This is very difficult to assemble, the frame wasn’t too bad but installing the roofing proved to be really difficult. It says in the add that it could withstand 140 mph winds… I don’t think so it shakes the way it is . The pre drilled holes do not line up well at all ,once it was together it looks pretty decent.

6 boxes, 700 lbs worth. You will need at least 2 people and a 6 ft as well as an 8 or 10 ft ladder to assemble. magnetic parts bowls will come in REAL handy to hold fasteners as you assemble. Spend the time to level and square before installing panels, it will pay off. This will take longer than a weekend to assemble. Longest piece is about 6 ft and you have many pieces to assemble to create the frame, then a lot of panels to install. Up and down, repeat, and repeat again. Overall it looks good, and appears to be worth the cost.

Had a few hiccups at first. Missing parts but appears to have happened during shipping. A box was ripped and taped up and some parts must have fell out but shipper made it right. Overall good product and great service after.
