We bought this tent in April 2026 and set it up on our concrete patio. We found setup to be easy. It’s now the end of July and we have had 3 very severe storms with hail, heavy winds, and 80+ mph winds. The tent is secured with a 50 lb canvas bag of sand on each post. No guy wires. Other than the tent legs moving a bit the tent is in great shape. We are very satisfied with our purchase and expect it to last several years. There are just two minor concerns. First, the corner flaps at the bottom of each leg do not adequately cover the gap at the corners. Second, the walls extend 3 inches out at the ground. This is to allow heavy bags to secure the walls to the ground. But wind getting into the tent eventually pulls the bottom of the tent wall out from under the bags. Since my tent was on concrete I was concerned the scraping would damage the fabric. I raised each tent leg by 3 in and it’s perfect. It has been a great purchase.

I purchased one of these about 3 years ago, and its still looking good with no issues. Took a little time to assemble, and I secured it to the ground as best as I could. Nice and Heavy Duty Material and the cover itself. Gives a Good amount of Shade, and I would recommend one of these for your backyard. Very Nice even on very windy days.

The carport was delivered on time and their customer support was contacting me to let me know the status of the delivery. The package was delivered ahead of schedule and the boxes and contents were intact with all the correct parts. The "tent" as I call it, matches the description pretty much. Don't expect this tent to be a very heavy duty construction that will last for years and years on end. The tubular frame is sturdy enough, but is still light weight and easy to assemble. I really like the roof load cable system that comes with the design. I expect the material to last at least a couple of years with the tent up and erected 7/24/365. In order for the material to survive that long with continuous use, I feel the tent must be securely held in place with the guy lines deployed and the legs firmly mounted to the ground or slab... I think this is a good buy, but I've only had it in use for one month so far. I've used similar tents that cost less, and they don't last, so you get what you pay for...

The frame is reasonably well constructed for the price point; however, several components could be improved for overall durability. The push pins used to secure the poles appear somewhat weak, and one of the cable turnbuckles arrived damaged upon delivery. Additionally, the door eyelets tear out easily under minimal stress. The unit has only been installed for approximately one week and has experienced relatively light wind conditions of 10–15 mph. With stronger hardware and a more durable cover material, this product would warrant a higher rating. Update after approximately 6 weeks of use: Unfortunately, my concerns about the durability of this shelter proved to be justified. After only about a month and a half of use, the shelter suffered a major failure during a windstorm. The cover tore in multiple locations, the structure collapsed, and the unit is no longer usable in its intended form. This was installed according to the instructions and initially only experienced relatively light winds. Based on how quickly the shelter failed, I do not believe the cover material, eyelets, or overall design are robust enough for long-term outdoor use. The frame seemed reasonably well built for the price, but the cover and attachment system appear to be the weak points. Had the hardware and cover material been more durable, this could have been a good product. Unfortunately, the shelter did not hold up nearly as well as expected. Second Update I wanted to update my review after working with the company’s customer service team regarding the issues I experienced with my shelter. While I was disappointed that the original shelter did not hold up as expected, I have been extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Milka. She was professional, responsive, courteous, and genuinely interested in resolving the problem. Throughout the process, she communicated clearly, answered my questions promptly, and worked diligently to find a satisfactory solution. After reviewing the damage, the company agreed to replace the entire shelter, which exceeded my expectations. It’s rare these days to find customer service that is both responsive and willing to stand behind a product, and Milka made the entire warranty process much easier than I anticipated. Problems can happen with any product, but great customer service is what truly makes a company stand out. Based on my experience with Milka and the support team, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I have received. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and commitment to making things right. Thank you, Milka, for your outstanding assistance and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This tent was a great price, and worked well for us. Except that I was too lazy to install the ground anchors and tie down the corners. So after 8 months, the wind flipped it over, damaging 4 of the vertical legs on one side. Fortunately, the manufacturer provided replacement legs for a very reasonable price, and sent them in time to be installed this weekend. We're happy with the tent, and with the manufacturer.

I bought this for a temporary storage solution while I have work done on my house. It went together easily and has made it through 3 severe storms without leaking or tearing. Good value for the money

I bought this to cover my boat as it's an older boat that you cannot buy custom covers for. I live in Upstate NY and we have harsh winters and I wanted to protect my boat from the snow. I saw many carport/tent listings and then saw this one and was hopeful. It looked sturdy and reputable, advertised to withstand 60mph wind, so I purchased. It came decently packaged, the instructions were clear up until hanging the tarps. There's many tarp portions of the tent that share bungee cords and it took a while to figure out exactly how they all hang up. The aluminum rods aren't very strong and there's a lot of play in the unions. The steel cords definitely added some rigidity to the tent but not enough. I secured the tent to the groud as per the instructions and even added safety straps to the trailer of the boat. We had a storm push through last week with winds topping out at 30mph, it mangled the tent. Poles are completely snapped, tarps torn, if I didn't have it strapped to the boat trailer it would've flown across my town. I reached out to their support email offering up videos and photos of the damage and have not received any response. For almost $400, this is not worth it. Spend the extra $ on a higher quality tent or pay for professional storage.
