Arrived earlier than expected and in great shape. I believe that’s because the cover shipped in a separate box than the poles. Really impressed at the detail and thought that went into the packaging, every pole was sleeved in plastic and sat in a styrofoam molded cap on each end. Absolutely perfect condition. Easy peisy setup, I did it myself in an hour . The frame assembly came with 4 cable tentioners that reinforced the rigidity , I’ve never seen another cover that incorporated this and it works. All poles had spring lock buttons to hold it all together and the cover had elastic hook straps at each pole to hold on the cover till you had a chance to install the bungee cords. This was extremely helpful as I assembled this is a wind and others I’ve had the cover was a pain to keep on. Finally the poles are super sturdy and because they are galvanized they should last a very long time. In fact I want an extra cover. If you call them you’ll probably get the pleasure to talk or email with their excellent customer service agent Yummy. They want your business, they sure gave mine. Yummy, thanks for offering a great product and a good price.

We have 3 of the tan versions of this car canopy. Being in Florida, we have intense sun nearly everyday, and that is only interrupted by wind and rain. The one on the far right in the image has been up for just about 1 year, and the other two were put up about 4 months later. We have no rust showing on anything besides a couple of the little connector nubs, looks like surface rust. The tops are all standing up very well, no leaks. Because of our intense wind and rain we have chosen to go well beyond what comes in the box as you can see, but it is possible to have these survive near CAT 1 wind. When a hurricane does come, we certainly will take the top off. There is one image of a clip that has broken...we probably have had 6 of these occur over the year, so they have had to be repaired. Short of spending thousands of dollars on a carport, I gotta say these are a really good investment. The cars are never hot getting into them, the paint is protected from the sun, rain stays off of them as long as the wind isnt crazy. My tip is to utilize the cross design on the back side, as well as getting them solidly attached to the ground. I've bought several canopies over the last few years to use to shelter animals. After buying the quictent version, I bought a different brand and won't do that again. The quictent version has survived 60 mph stead y winds and cat 1 hurricane gusts so far. That said, I reinforce them. I add another tarp on top, and I use mobile home augers for tie downs on most of mine as well (the short types don't hold in wet sand). The tops alone don't survive the sun plus tree branches impaling them, but the doubled tarp tops have. I have a version with sides and the sides in the sun are deteriorating, so I'd recommend just using heavy duty tarps for the sides if you live where the sun is strong. Nice thick legs (get the 8 leg version as much as you can!), no rust so far, and when I had a shipping issue customer service fixed it fast.

After 6 months I had a problem with some of the grommets tearing away from the fabric. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. They were very gracious and promptly agreed to send a preplacement cover. Within one week I received the replacement at no cost to me. This is a company that you can trust to stand behind their product.

I set aside an afternoon to put this together myself. It was pretty easy for one person just take your time. Poles that click into place is a plus for keeping everything aligned properly. My canopy had a small hole in it from shipping probably. Contacted seller, Allison from customer service, she responded in a timely manner and shipped out a replacement top. Great quality product and service!

Kind of not great. Had it up for 2 days. Then we had a rainstorm it didn't hold up to the storm really well. popped a gromet and roof support cable broke. Compression clamp came apart.
