Fantastic for what we need it for. I can not speak for snow weight, but for shade it’s perfect. The steel top was a higher quality steel than we expected, and the frame thickness is exactly as described. As for assembly, it took my husband 18 hours to assemble by himself. Instructions are very straightforward and no issues there. Since it’s a perfect fit between the house and the fence, we anchored it to the concrete, so wind should not be a problem. Let me start off by saying first that it was ordered and arrived very quickly. I did read reviews. It had fairly good reviews from what I could tell, but there was a lot of issues with people talking about dents in the metal. First off, let me start by saying it’s price pretty fairly considering the quality. It was very easy to put up. You could probably do it just one person if you had yourself and that was it and no help. Everything went together like it should minus the instructions not being 100% accurate. Basically, if you look at the picture and figure out, which one you’re doing it’s a breeze. The tarp seems to be very good quality. It’s very lightweight though so I ordered sandbag things to go around the bottom, but it does come with everything you need to just do your basic strapdown. Now there is a lot, and I put most of the ones that I could get focused on my phone pictures of the dents and dings all in these poles. It seem to be packaged well so I don’t know why there’s so many dents in it. I didn’t see that, but I didn’t really look either when I was laying it out to put it up. I was kind of in a hurry, but afterwards.. there’s a lot. The weird part is these dents aren’t just like normal dens that you would get during shipping. These almost look like they were dented before they were put in the boxes. I am going to reach out to customer service and make them aware of the issue. Otherwise, I have it completely put together. It’s stable for what it is till I get the other things applied to the pole and everything fit together like it should overall decent product.

As we started to assemble the product, we were one panel short. I contacted customer service and a person named summer helped us. They had a panel to us in three days. The car port is easy to put together and very durable. We did buy the heavy duty anchors to hold it down

This is the first metal carport I have assembled. I wasn't sure what to expect. One of the two heavy boxes was delivered upside down and had some damage to the box. When I opened the boxes both were well packed. Everything was secure and well wrapped. Every panel was covered in a plastic film protecting it from scratches. Following the instructions carefully I was surprised that EVERY pre-drilled hole lined up perfectly. Assembly by myself probably took less than five hours. I do recommend a power drill with adjustable torque setting. Building is well made. I like the vertical roof panel design. To have a local company come out and build a similar carport would have cost me four times more. I did have four trim pieces that had been damaged in transit as the were sitting where the box had been damaged. I contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately.

This is very difficult to assemble, the frame wasn’t too bad but installing the roofing proved to be really difficult. It says in the add that it could withstand 140 mph winds… I don’t think so it shakes the way it is . The pre drilled holes do not line up well at all ,once it was together it looks pretty decent.
