I am not one to write much of a review, but I feel this company is in for a great review. This company has gone above and beyond in solving a few issues we have had. First of all,all 3 packages did not arrive together in one shipment. Pearl has been a god sent, she contacted the carrier company and the next day I had all the packages that were shipped. Set up was a snap I managed to set the shelter up in 3 hours by myself. Then came one more issue the top cover had 4 small holes in it when I unpacked it. I again contacted Pearl and right away She took care of the issue and said she would send out a new top cover. I have never worked with a company so dedicated to their customers before. Pearl did an outstanding job taking care of every issue that came up. The quality of the shelter is top notch. I anchored it with 8 screw rods 18 inches long. We had a strong wind storm come the day after I put it up and it never moved. Again I would like to thanl Pearl for all the help she provided in this transaction, She did an outstanding job.

I thought i was ordering "Garage in a Box" I had one of these before and it last many years. The garage in a box had sturdier poles and everything was screwed together. This one has poles 1 inch smaller around and they are fit together with push in buttons and the canvas is secured on with bungie cords instead of the poles fitting through them. Other than that, I am a 73 year old woman and I put it together myself and secured it with stakes in the ground with U bolts around the stakes and the poles and i think it will last as long as I need it to.

This carport is perfect! It Is built very well and has extra bars that hold the legs to keep them sturdy. As well as extra bars up at the top of the frame. Totally worth the money. Good customer service as well. They actually guarantee their products arrival!

The kit showed up without the Roof tarp and only 7 of the 8 legs.

Quality is above average, pretty good value for the price. I bought two of them and each one came with loose eyelets and missing bungee cords, but seller was responsive and sent me replacement parts. Right after I assembled them we had some very windy days and they did very well. Zero problems.

We bought this to cover our puppy area and it’s been great! It’s held up to a strong storm that came thru and gives shade and protects the puppies from rain when they need to go outside to potty.

I bought one from Harbor freight which was almost $200. And it has the same cheap material as your Portable garage has and the bars are no heavier duty than the one from Harbor freight. So the cost of your portable garage is way too far way too much. That cheap canvas material won't even last a year in the sunlight.I haven't yet to find a replacement top 13x20 which I will need because they break down so quick in the southern sun .

Assembled this canopy on a rural farm to cover a tent and provide storage for tools. Survived several wind and thunderstorms without a single leak. Having zipped end walls is a really nice feature for access and ventilation.
