I just set it up so this is obviously too soon to say how it'll work out over time but I am impressed by the quality and the how complete the parts kit is. I like the screw in anchors for the tie down, and they even threw in a couple sets of gloves. I feel like they put a lot of thought into the kit and it turned out to be a nice looking, sturdy, and large canopy. The only criticism is that the instructions are vague, not well written, and lack some details which led to setup taking longer than it should have because certain steps had to be reversed and repeated as the instructions didn't have enough depth on how to attach the panels. It wasn't hard to figure out though so I'm still happy. I suspect the roof panel, which is made with a plastic tarp material, won't last more than a year or two, so I hope it'll be possible to replace because the frame is very sturdy and should last for a long time. Are the individual panels available for replacement? I haven't looked yet but that would be great. If things change I'll update my review.

Not a 100% on this. It works for what needed. But the corners do have space and rain can get into. It is a little cheap material. But on positive it holds up and does great job for lower cost of others.

I needed a carport that will last through New England winters. Although similar to several other brands, this one has cable reinforcement for the roof, which actually makes it much stiffer. I also taped (2" Gorilla tape) all the pipe ends after assembly, since they are fairly rough and hopefully this will extend the cover life. The outside guy wires make it much more solid laterally, especially with the 18" ground anchors I got (the ones that come with the kit are quite small). Finally, I found that the frame was fairly floppy front to back (probably no different from other brands), so I added diagonal cables at each corner (see photo). This did the trick, and now the frame is very rigid in all directions.

While the product itself is good, our overall rating is low due to a couple of issues. One of the two items we ordered was six inches too large, and the return process was quite frustrating. Although they offered a very small credit, we never received it. We even proposed to drive the return to their location in DFW, TX, but that didn’t lead to a resolution. As a result, we now have one item that we can’t use.

We put up about 3 weeks ago and already the gromets are tearing at the corners. We have been having average high winds of 20 mph but one of the things I checked was the sustainability of high winds. I love the heavy metal construction but do not like the gaps on the ends allowing rain to get into the inside. It could use either more gromets down the sides or Velcro fasteners. the assembly only took 3 hours to put up with very little help from a second person. We received new sides and am very happy with the customer service of this company. Thank you

Instructions could have been better and there was a part listed but Instructions didn't mention it; but 2 women figured it put just fine. Pretty easy once you figure out what to do. Wish thr sides fit tighter think snow will be able to get in but everything else just as described.

Only lasted two windstorms before the legs gave out. It was tied down really well but the sides catch too much wind and don't split or spill it, causing intense damage. A buddy of mine had this product as well, and he faired the same fate.
