I don't have to add a whole lot to others who have reviewed the tent - it is sturdy and withstands typical weather conditions. (Btw whoever suggested using weighted bags and better sturdier spikes to anchor the structure has my thanks.) What I want to highlight is the fantastic response to when I called regarding the problem that's obvious from the photo. After a nasty overnight snowstorm here in the Northeast, the canopy collapsed under the weight of snow, as can be seen in the picture. When I contacted them and shared my photos, in very short order they replaced the entire set for free. For real. Plus excellent follow up all along the way (thanks, Milka!) to Fedex delivery and follow up after. What a shining example to what great customer service means, and what it earns - glowing customer satisfaction that will hopefully attract new and repeat customers. ... show more

Took me a while to look at different tents, for a fairly good price I decided to go with this one for a few reasons, heavy duty design, galvanized tubes and the greencover option to not stand our as much as the white Covers do. Dear Quictent, I purchased this car port 3 months ago and wanted to say how fantastic it is. I have anchored down the car port posts to my concrete driveway next to my home and it looks fantastic. It has gone through rain, wind, sun and fog. No tears, no leaking, no breaks or issues what so ever. It took me 2 weeks to drill into my concrete to get the anchors installed correctly, (16 holes x 2 1/2 inches down) but once in, the whole car port took less than 2 hours to get erected and installed. I have even used the tie down states and rope just to make sure that it is stable and covers my car and my daughters motorcycle. All merchandise, poles, heavy duty cover, stakes, steel cables and hardware were tagged and included in the packaging. I live in California so our storms are windy and rainy but not much else. If there were to be winds above 40 mph and the car port was out in the open - I would be very nervous about it's stability. But nestled up against my home and securely anchored that way it is, I am look forward to many years of great protection for our vehicles from the sun and rain. I can not thank you enough for a great product and a great price too. The only feedback I have is to make the feet that you anchor to the ground a bit thicker. It would hold to the ground a bit better if the anchoring plates were made out of a thicker steel.. ... show more

Absolutely love my carport! It was a tiny bit tricky for two inexperienced folks (one who is 79 and the other 61 years old--Mother and daughter.) to assemble, but we still put it up in one day. We also put each leg inside a concrete-filled cinder block. It hasn't budged, even during strong storm. I highly recommend this carport! ... show more

I've purchased numerous canopies over the years, this is he best one. The welds are good, the galvanization is good on the tubes, adequate on the feet, better than most. The canopy itself is of the usual material but assembled better than most. I assembled and erected it myself in about 3 hours time, I'd suggest assembling the center spans into the frame first, building out as you go. The better you tie it down the better the service you'll get, I'm in a VERY windy place and it's TIED DOWN! I recommend this Canopy. ... show more

They need to hire a new proofreader. Cover actually fits, unlike other brands! Went up in 1.5hrs by one person. The tie down strings are worthless. Buy real anchors and cable to temporarily secure or use true Tposts to wire it down.

Well this is much more sturdy than the previous than the one that I bough before. I will say, you should have 3-4 people to set this up. 2 may be able to do it but doubtful. The top is very snug and be prepared to fight with it. Snug is good once it is on but it is difficult and there was a lot of cussing here when we set it up. We have gone one step further and added crossed (in x pattern) between each legs and it added a great deal of stability. Also we stretched out the bottom about 5 inches and that seemed to help out as well. Keep in mind that the directions have something to be desired. It is basically a punch of pictures and diagrams. Definitely when it says to put legs on one side before you put the top on is a must. It save your back and a lot less bending over. All in all this is a good product as of now, we have only had it a few days. I will update when I have a rating on how it stands up to the weather. ... show more

The original image on this was green and appeared to be a canvas material but is a low-quality tarp. Anchors are not the same and are similar to a camping tent. Anchored and tied if still very weak and rocks more than a 10x10 pop-up canopy. Really not impressed by the quality as we ordered it to shelter over some of our sanctuary animals temporarily while a permanent structure is built.
