My husband and I have been sleeping on and putting up with a ridiculously uncomfortable mattress for years. We both have constant back and pain issues, and it finally occurred to me that it was our terrible sleep support. We both work from home and probably spend more time in bed then the average person. I have personally been fighting with a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder area for the last 3 weeks. So, I began the endless search for the perfect mattress in hopes of solving the constant pain we have had, and a better nights sleep. The mattress was due to arrive in 3 weeks of placing the order, and arrived in 7 days. The Amazon tracking system never updated until it was delivered. I was sooooo surprised & excited to see the box on our porch. The box is extremely heavy and should be carried by (2) people. We opened the mattress packaging in an empty room, and allowed the mattress so rise overnight. It took our specific mattress about 24 hours to reach the full 12". Possibly our kids using it for a trampoline encouraged the process. There were no odd smells, and the mattress was extremely clean. GUYS!!! I am telling you the 100% truth. Once we got the mattress on our bed and we were able to finally try it out. I sat on it for about 15 minutes, and when I got up. I had ZERO neck and shoulder pain. I don't know what is in this miracle mattress. But, I am absolutely convinced it realigned something just by sitting on it. We have opted to start off with the softer side. Like others have said it feels something like a very supportive marshmallow and hugs your body with support. But doesn't suck you in like quick sand! It is still quite firm, super supportive and Im sure will soften up even more with time. I was super nervous to order a mattress I had never seen or felt from a random (to me) company online. I am 110% satisfied with this purchase, and have decided to replace the kids mattresses with the same. I will definitely recommend this mattress to my friends and family, and strongly recommend it to those of you who are searching for the best in quality, solution, and investment. My previous bed was a plush pillowtop and I wanted to make the leap to a foam mattress since it is so convenient to order online and have it delivered to your front door. This foam mattress is unique in that it has 2 different sides: a soft side and a medium firm side. The grey side is the soft side and the white side is the medium firm side. Set up: The box is pretty heavy at 85 lbs but I was able to transport the entire box upstairs by myself but I would recommend having at least 2 people. Inside the box,there is an envelope opener used to cut open the plastic bag, along with instructions and the 10 Year warranty card. I suggest using scissors or a box cutter to cut the sides of the box away from the mattress to avoid having to lift the mattress out of the box. Once you slit open the plastic bag with the envelope opener, the mattress immediately inflates. If you move quickly enough, you can peel the plastic bag off of the mattress before the mattress fully inflates and reuse that bag for your old mattress. The mattress inflated to 10"" right away, and to the full 12"" 24 hours later. There was no wierd smell that you get with some other foam mattresses. Comfort: I'm a side sleeper and I had no issues sleeping on this mattress (I used the soft side). What I also love about this foam mattress is that when I get out of bed at night to use the restroom, the bed makes no movement at all. Great if you or your partner is a light sleeper. Purchased 10-2022 I’m about 155lbs and theres no sagging or indentations. I recently fractured my hip and when I got home from the hospital my hip was hurting the bed felt too firm for my fracture. I ordered a nice mattress topper also from Amazon that’s nice and soft so between the firmness of the mattress and the nice topper I’m not in pain at night any longer. Everybody who comes over and sits or lays on my bed compliments how nice it feels even before I put the topper on it . Considering the price in the fact you don’t have to go out to look for a bed or deal with delivery guy setting it up I think it’s a great deal if it last me five years I’d be happy ... show more

This queen mattress was bought separately from the SweetNight adjustable bed frame that I have it on. It’s slow to inflate after opening the plastic with the included opener. Def use it as you don’t want to ruin your mattress before using it by cutting into it with a knife! Wrapping was easily removed as the mattress opened up. It easily took 3 days to inflate and did not inflate to its full 12” inches in that time frame. It took longer and I think sleeping on it helped to inflate. Corners were the slowest to inflate. It will def sink fast if you sit on the edge of the mattress. I found the mattress to be firm but not uncomfortable. I did buy a 3” foam topper to go over it because I’m used to sleeping on a topper and missed it, but that’s just my preference only. Mattress fits the SweetNight adjustable bed frame well and the guard rails on the bed frame keep the mattress from slipping off the frame. The mattress can be flipped for several different levels of comfort. I found setting it up the way it opened to be acceptable for me. It’s easily managed with two people if you need to flip it around. I originally slept on an orthopedic mattress that had outlived it’s days. It took me about a week to get accustomed to sleeping on this foam mattress but no regrets on my end. NOTE: I did add a topper ONLY because I was used to sleeping with one for years and missed it. With 12” mattress height and a 3” topper, extra deep pocketed sheets will be required. I did not notice any bad smells upon opening mattress, just a “new smell” that quickly went away. I’m used to sleeping 25 years on what I always referred to my orthopedic mattress and topper as “padded concrete” and while this adjustable mattress with an added topper is NOT THE SAME, I have no complaints. I have been sleeping on the mattress for about one month. I would like to happily recommend this wonderful mattress to all of you. You won’t regret buying this mattress!! It has excellent body support and comfortable for back, front, and side sleeping. The Memory Foam material is really amazing, both firm and soft, and can change the shape to perfectly fit your body. No clue how they did it, but it is definitely much better than my previous innerspring mattress. The price is so affordable. I bought it with coupons so the final price is even cheaper. As a 12 inches bed in queen size, I can tell it worth every penny. It was also manufactured to last and I think I can sleep on it for many years. Something about the delivery: The box was rather big and heavy, however, don't worry about it. The package was directly sent to my door and it is rather easy to roll out and set up. I don’t know why most reviews gave it a five stars, I would return it if it is not that bulk. I have back pain, it didn’t help and make my pain even worse. On the medium firm side, it feels good at the first hour, but afterwards, my whole body was sunk into the mattress, so I turned to the firm side see whether it is better, when I first lying on it, it feel firm but my back pain wake me up after an hour because my body was sunk into the mattress again. ... show more

    • No noises like spring mattress
I really like this memory foam mattress because it does not make a single noise like my old fashion spring mattress. It is the reason why i brought this memory mattress, plus the extra comfortably foam. However, at first when i just opened the package, the foam is very hard and crushy. At the same time, it was very easy to open it by myself. I just need the tool that the package provides. After cut the wrapped the foam started to open slowly out to the size. Then i thought why this foam is so weird and hard, not like the ad said is the foam is at least 12 inches. But then i read the instructions again, it told me to wait for 72 hours for it to open up to the size. Then i just gave it some times, after 3 days, the mattress popped up like in the picture. We ordered this mattress just about 4 years ago. In the beginning it was absolutely perfect, my husband and I both loved the feel of the mattress and truly had no complaints. About a year in we rotated the mattress purely because it felt like some spots were getting a little bit softer than others. We continued to experience this till about a year ago. For the past year we both have noticed increasing softness and ultimately a crater in the middle of the bed. We have checked our bed frame to make sure there is not a defect there and that all looks good. Essentially we are at a point where if we do not sleep on the edge of the bed, we get swallowed into the middle due to the divot. We loved this mattress for the 1st three years, and have only started having issues in the past year. So for a short period of time this mattress is excellent but i would not say that this is a forever mattress! ... show more
