I was skeptical buying a full mattress online. I have bought toppers and have had to return before is the reason. The mattress was packed tightly in a bag inside of a box. No it didn't fly open like a rocket when I cut the plastic. It unrolled nicely on the bed frame where I left it for 24 hours. There was no odor to it at all. The mattress plumped up nicely and perfectly. The comfort level I would say is probably a 8 or 9 out of 10. It does have a little bouncyness to it. I'm only 150 lbs but I was bouncing also. The sides when you sit on them do go down more than I would like but it is bareable. I have back and shoulder problems and it was okay. I did end up buying a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper which made the bed absolutely incredible. All and all if you want an inexpensive mattress that is medium firm this is a good buy. If you want an incredible medium/soft mattress add the $100 and get a 3 inch gel topper.

I bought this 12” full size mattress for my guest bedroom. It was well made. A little firm but very comfortable. Great price. My husband and I have been looking for a good quality king sized mattress for a couple of years now but the prices were too hard to swallow on the ones we were looking at. After it came in my husband and I decided to try it to see how comfortable it was. Our old mattress needed replacing badly. We slept on it for about 8-10 days. Then we slept on our old mattress for another night. There was such a difference in the comfort of the new mattress that we ordered a 14” king sized mattress for our bed the very next morning! We slept on the new full size mattress in the guest bedroom until our new king mattress came in and got setup. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and love it as well. I would recommend these to anyone for the price and comfort. They are a little firm which my husband wanted but I wasn’t so sure about but both mattresses are great. Haven’t had them long enough to see how they hold up over several years use but we’re off to a great start!

Upon arrival, packaging was neat. The mattress was suctioned and sealed/laminated-like, rolled up, and boxed up. Smelled new like it would with a brand new car and easily fully plumped up within 45 minutes to an hour. Great price for a hybrid mattress if you’re looking for a short term bed that’ll last you maybe 5 years. Although it is a bit unstable at the edges, the bed feels medium firm- not too soft, not too hard, but comfortable enough. I am able to get up without disturbing my partner since there is a thick top foam layer. So long as you’re not a heavy sleeper and won’t fall off the bed, the fragile edges shouldn’t be an issue. My partner and I both fit on this full sized bed, smaller bed for preference but a queen could suffice as well.

Purchased this mattress in November for my daughters first big girl bed (she’s 4). We went with the 10 inch and purchased a frame as well from Amazon. When the mattress arrived, it came nicely rolled up into a smaller than expected box, but was very heavy. Took my husband and I both to carry it upstairs but that wasn’t surprising seeing as it was a whole full size mattress stuffed into a box. We unboxed it, laid it out in a spare bedroom and cut the plastic to allow it to expand. We did not have any chemical smell like some people mention with these boxed mattresses but we still left it to expand and air out for a few days. By the time we were ready to move it, it was fully expanded and looked like a normal box-store mattress! Moved easily from one room to the other. Normal full/queen sheet set and comforter fit great. After laying on it with my daughter every night for a month, I can definitely say this is a great first mattress for any child! It is definitely firm, so if you are used to a soft bed, this may not be for you (I have a pillow top mattress so I don’t think I could sleep on this full time), but after a month of use I can honestly say my daughter sleeps like a rock on this thing! My favorite feature is that it is a hybrid, so it has coils as well as the foam. The coils allow me to lay in bed with her until she dozes off and let’s me sneak off the bed without any movement or squeaks from the mattress.

UPDATED: So we left the below review and then reached out to customer service. They were very extremely helpful and acted immediately. They promptly refunded the money for the mattress and are even shipping us a mattress topper to help. Because of the customer support, we’re averaging the reviews. 5 stars for customer service. 1 star for the mattress averages out to 3 stars. I wouldn’t recommend this mattress without a mattress topper and I’m sure the company selling them could probably keep more customers if they just sent the mattress topper with each order. Original review: We got out mattress and set it up and allowed plenty of time for it to fluff up. The mattress looks good but moving it around showed it wasn’t the best quality mattress but we didn’t have super high expectations for the price. Then we went to bed. Immediately upon laying on it you can feel the coils in the mattress. The memory foam topper or padding on top doesn’t provide any comfort or support. The topper looks like it should be really plush but I think that’s more because of its design then actual padding. I have back issues so support and comfort are key. I had a terrible first night of sleep and we are considering going back to the 20 year old mattress. My husband who typically can sleep on anything is even complaint this morning about aches and pains. We’ve bought other mattresses under $500 and they have been of higher quality and comfort. We should have just stuck with one of those brands.
