I was honestly nervous about buying a mattress online without trying it first, but I am SO glad I took the chance. This bed is incredibly comfortable. The firmness is just right supportive but still soft enough to feel cozy. And for the price? You really can’t beat the value. A couple of tips from my experience: First, open the mattress on the floor. It expands with a lot of force, and mine almost broke a few of the bed slats when we unboxed it. Second, be patient. At first, I thought it was fully decompressed and I was a little annoyed because it didn’t look like the picture. But give it time it will fully expand and look exactly like it should. And lastly… enjoy the sleep! I woke up feeling refreshed. I usually come downstairs slowly because of pain, but I was able to run down the steps like a teenager lol. That alone made this purchase worth it. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to help someone who might be on the fence like I was. i opened the box 2 nights ago. I was expecting it to inflate fully in 48 to 72 hours. I did not expect that it would inflate fully once the plastic was removed. Impressive. I have slept on this for 2 nights now. And I have slept comfortably. I do not like that it has springs. 14 inch mattress has a 3 inch pillow top, very comfortable. Out of the 14 inch, the 3 inch pillow top is the foam, egg crate. I am anticipating the springs will puncture through the top. Yes, you can feel the springs and know that it's there. Therefore, I don't feel that this will last. Now, I could be wrong considering I have had this only 3 days and slept comfortably for 2 nights. In my opinion this is more like a box spring with an attached egg crate as the mattress topper. ... show more

Soft mattress but still firm. Back and shoulders feel great in the mornings. Feel well rested now in the morning. Only downfall for me is the Sides are not firm so they collapse real easy when close to the edge
