My mother-in-law said, "This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on" and she sleeps full nights without waking up in discomfort as she has with her previous mattresses. It is well made, no odor, not too firm and not too soft. She describes it as a "cool sleep" so I'm assuming she's staying cool during rest. Ot was packaged well and honestly we couldn't be happier.

Initially, I rated 1* because the mattress was rock firm, however, the seller is extremely customer-friendly, and the company has amazing customer service. The seller offered a full refund without even my request, and I have already purchased a softer mattress. Because of this outstanding customer service, I give them 5 stars. The mattress is of really great quality and built. The people who like firm mattresses definitely would love it. However, this item is not for soft sleepers.

Bought this bed for my adult son’s former childhood bedroom. It was a great price and the thickness of this mattress is nice. The mattress inflated beautifully and seems comfortable. My biggest concern with buying a condensed mattress on line was side stability. The sales material claimed to and provided pictures of stabilized edges. The edges are reinforced on the upper part of the mattress, up to about where you would sit to get in or out. However, after that, the side and bottom edges are soft and you slide off it you try to sit anywhere on the end of the bed. I am waiting for a guest to test out sleep-ability. Gas the sides been reinforced all the way around, I would have given it five stars.

Bought this as a replacement for the thing my uncle was calling a mattress, had to be close to 30 years old. Very 1st night he slept on this new one, he thought he'd woke up in Heaven. I did notice a smell when I first took the plastic off, I can't say exactly how long it lingered due to not knowing if I had just got used to the smell, or if it dissipated on its own. I did seem to expand to its 10" in less than 24 hours, but I didn't put it on his bed until the suggested 72 hours. I would recommend.
