Nothing bad to say about this mattress. The mattress started inflating as soon as the wrapping was removed and was fully inflated in about 10 minutes. Much more comfortable than the former foam mattress I had been using and was a bargain at under $200.

The mattress was well-packed & easy to unpack. I did follow instructions & let it fully expand for 24 hrs. I slept on it last night for the first time & it was soft to the touch as well as firm. I throughly like this mattress.
