The pillow is just perfect. I originally ordered for my dad who happens to be very picky. He loves it! Since there are 2 to pack I kept one. I love it as well. The pillow does not have a bunch of feathers that stick. It’s soft but doesn’t go flat. Definitely recommend

I took the reviews saying it was very flat with a grain of salt because I like fairly soft and flat pillows, but it’s basically like sleeping without a pillow. Each pillow should have double the filling of what it actually has. Don’t buy this one, buy a higher quality pillow and save your money

The pillows are medium-firm, but the casing is stiff and crackles when you put your head on it. It seems to have a plastic inner case because the outer casing is nice. If crackling noises bother you in getting to sleep, don't buy this particular pillow.
