I love the way it feels under my bamboo sheet. This is a heavy duty mattress protector perfect for my bed because I have 3 cats who sometimes have accidents on the bed. This mattress cover has held up great and it’s super easier to wash and put back on. It has protected my mattress very well and nothing has leaked through so far. The top is thick and cushioned which provides for even more comfort while sleeping. It feels like I’m sleeping on a pillow top mattress just from this mattress cover! Update : Seller reached out and sent a replacement soon after, the replacement is made of much better material and better absorption. Review update : Nov, 2025 : this mattress protector is not doing its job causing leakage and stains in the mattress. This mattress protector is made with good quality materials and well packaged, also arrived on time. It fits our queen bed perfectly, feels soft and very breathable from our usage until now. Overall a good buy.

Pros: - It does seem to be as thick as it claims; it's fluffy. Cons: -I don't feel this is cooling. At best it's a neutral temperature. I'm often throwing the covers off because I'm hot. - Maybe it's just the nature of a 4 inch pad, but I sink in so much that it messes up my neck. - I also really wish the two layers were connected in some way because they move around the bed and separate from each other, so I have to fix them every day while trying not to tear the foam (I'm sure that'll happen sooner or later). It's helped with my husband's neuropathy, so that's why it got the 3 stars but if it were me I'd be returning it.
