I would give this bed frame 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I was missing a piece in my box. There was an extra piece in my box and I was missing the correct piece. I contacted customer service and they replied within a couple of days, but it took a month to get the piece I was missing and a lot of back and forth emails with customer service. That being said, the actual bed is beautiful and easy to put together. It can be done 1-1.5 hours by yourself. The directions were easy to follow and it seems to be very sturdy.
