This mattress nailed everything. First, it arrived faster than it said it would. Secondly, it was very well vacuum packaged. Got it out, looked it over, let it sit for the period of time and my Dad was able to have his first night sleep on it, had no issues and raved about how soft it was. Overall for the price, this mattress looks great and was able to provide him with some much needed pain relief for his back. I would highly recommend this mattress

I agree with many of the other customers who purchased this mattress. It is much too soft,,as you will tend to sink into it a bit and cannot sit on the corners. I need a firmer mattress, so i will just give this to my daughter. It does however have a nice soft feel, is nice looking, and budget friendly.

This is not a firm or medium firm mattress as indicated on seller's page. Very weak springs allow the edge to completely collapse when sat upon. If you sit up in bed your behind sinks into a hole. So, if you are a person who likes to be swallowed into a mattress this may be for you. I am not a large person, 160 lbs. if you were thinking I was fat. Amazon says I can return it, and with a little research I found a customer service # and Amazon will send a company out to pick up the mattress for return. Hope all goes well.
