I bought this as a gift for my husband to hang in the garage. I was worried that it might not arrive in tact. However, it was packaged very well, all the neon works, colors are vibrant and looks fantastic. I was hoping it would’ve arrived sooner than it did, so I contacted the seller and got a prompt response. It arrived a couple of days later than expected, but I was pleased that it wasn’t damaged. Definitely happy with this purchase.

When I received the item I gave it to my friend so that he can hang it in his pool room once he got a pool table. Pandemic hit and it took him a long time to get the pool table. When he finally opened it, it did not work. The lights were broken and it had not even been moved. It's my fault for not checking when I got the item, but when you get the item CHECK IT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS. It just stinks because I am unable to return it and get a new one. It was broken before we even got to use it.
