Hesitant at first but this topper is really nice. Purchased a "soft" Tempur-Pedic mattress last year and it's still too firm, purchased this queen size topper and it helped soften the mattress up my back doesn't hurt like it was. Highly recommend and if it needs puffed up I just throw it in the dryer for an air fluff cycle. Only complaint is that the elastic corners pop off, they really need to make it more like a fitted sheet.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m very excited about my purchase. I’ve been sleeping on this topper for about a week now and it’s been life changing for me. My mattress is semi soft and I had back and leg pain from it. Since I’ve been sleeping on this topper NO MO PAIN LOL. I would highly recommend this product the material is as described. I followed the directions before using it I believe that helped the fluffiness. It may not be for everyone but it’s definitely for me. DONT HESITATE BUY IT!!! NEOW!!!

My mattress is too hard, which causes back pain every day when I wake up. I bought a fitted sheet that was too thin, but I bought this one again. It looks very thick and soft. It feels soft when I just laid it on a hard mattress. , but you will step on it after lying down for a while, and you will feel the feeling of a hard mattress again

Gave it 3 1/2 days to fully fluff up...but it didn't. It doesn't look like the picture that showed a fully fluffed up topper. However, it was soft in the areas that were more fluffy.

Quality was foremost. Lays fluffy on the the mattress. Straps are long enough for the deep mattress. Soft and very comfortable. Liked it so much I bought another for the mattress in a guest bedroom. Oops, guests maybe staying longer!!

My new bed was too firm, even with an eggplant padding. This is great! You get the softness of it and you don’t lose the support of the form mattress. It stays in place pretty well. I would recommend putting a sheet over it, even though it says washable. I didn’t have any issues installing it either. It was well worth the cost and I am sleeping without waking to numb arms and shoulders. Edit: my only complaint after using this for a week is that where you lay gets flat you you need to strip the bed to fluff it up.
