This bed is absolutely perfect for my space. The instruction were intimidating at 38 pages and what appeared to be 8,000 screws, however, it was step by step and easy to follow. The customer support team reached out through the entire shipping process. The shipment came in 4 boxes and FedEx delivered on 2 separate days. Without the constant contact from customer support, I would have been franticly looking for the missing boxes. However, the CS team was on it and gave me the heads up. This is a great option considering it has the matress with it. But please note, there is room.in the cabinet for up to an 8" mattress. I might upgrade to the thicker mattress at some.point, but for now it meets my needs and looks amazing in my space!

I'm not even sure where to start with this review. The basics: this arrived in 3 separate packages; two that held the cabinet parts and one that held the mattress. It was a beast to put together. It took multiple hours on multiple days. The instructions were very unclear, difficult to read, and difficult to see. At some points, they seemed completely wrong. The quality is not the best. The "wood" snapped off several times when screwing screws in, and when it was complete, I felt the need to reinforce it additionally because the bed seemed flimsy, wobbly, and shaky. The product page says, "The murphy bed mechanism operates smoothly for daily convenience." It definitely doesn't. There is nothing smooth about having to force the drawer out and in. When it is a bed, it works fine (after being reinforced), and when it is a cabinet, it looks nice, though the "black" is more of a dark brown. It's nice that it comes with a mattress, which is surprisingly comfortable for it to only be 4 inches thick. I probably would not recommend this product nor buy it again, but it gets the job done at a pretty reasonable price.

I have purchased many modular furniture pieces over the years, and I was severely disappointed in this piece. It was extremely difficult to assemble. The screw in pegs of board 19 ripped out of the wood without any force applied to it, to the point I had to purchase and repair it with wood epoxy. Holes in the main unit to affix hinges for pieces 15 and 16 were drilled incorrectly and I had to drill additional holes below it to make those pieces fit correctly. All of the pre-drilled holes on 30-33 weren't drilled deep enough for the screws to sit flush, so I had to drill deeper holes for the hinges to attach. For what I paid for this, and the cost of the additional materials I needed to assemble it, I would not purchase this again. I would think for the quality I got this would be $150-$200 cheaper. Two stars were given because the functionality is what I needed it for and is a clever design. The end result does look nice. This took me at least 20 hours to put together, including to repair the boards that were not of quality. Shipping was also good as customer service was in constant contact with me and where the shipment was. Even when the shipper lost a box in transit, they immediately sent another one with a new tracking number, so A+ to shipping. I still have some screws I have to move to make things fit together correctly, but I'm just glad this is finally together.

Amazing customer service. Arrived early. Tracking numbers and updates were provided without even being asked for! Bed was great. Complicated to put together, but instructions were pretty clear. Be aware, this is an all day project. Took 2 of us 5 hrs, but it's done and works great. Ended up ordering a thicker trifold mattress for comfort, but the included one would be ok for 1 person, maybe not too heavy.

Was pretty challenging to put together took about 10 hours over 3 days. Looks great and mostly fit together well. My only major complaint is the mattress is really thin probably about 1/2 the thickness of what it looks like on the picture. The mattress is about 3” thick however the storage area could hold a mattress probably 6” thick.
