When I first set this bed up I was a little worried because I could feel the coils at first, but it was 2 minutes after removing it from the plastic. After letting the bed fluff up I can no longer feel them as the pillow top fluffs up and feels amazing. I love this bed. I made the mistake of getting a medium firmness bed before, and my back did not like it. After a couple years we decided to get a firm from the same company and it's been incredible. Definitely one of the best beds I've had, and I've bought $1500 mattresses in the past. There's no need to get a mattress that expensive when mattresses like these exist. My mattress did arrive with a small slit on the bottom, but not big enough to really bug me.

I was hesitant about ordering a mattress online because I knew that I'd never be able to return it if I didn't like it. I mean, I could but it would probably cost a fortune to ship it back. So I decided that if I did this, I'd have to keep it and find a way to make it work, no matter what. Luckily, I'm really happy with it! Typically I like a much firmer mattress. This one is not firm, but it's not overly soft either. I do sink into it some, but it's also very supportive and I have noticed that I do not wake up with any back pain, or hip or neck pain, none at all. I sleep very soundly on it, rarely even waking during the night at all. I have been sleeping on it for just over a week now and I'm glad I took a chance on it. Who would have imagined that a full mattress could be compressed down and rolled up into a skinny box like that? I have to note that the box was VERY HEAVY and I couldn't handle it myself, especially getting it up to the 2nd floor where our bedroom is. My husband had to bring it up for me. But it was easy to get it out of the package and it was fun watching it re-inflate! It seemed to be fully back to shape in a matter of hours, so I went ahead and slept on it that first night, no problems with it. As long as it holds up well over time, I would absolutely purchase another of these! 6 Month Update: I have been sleeping on this mattress every night for the past 6 months and I'm still really happy with it. I haven't noticed any sagging or dents forming at all, even on the edge where I will often sit to put on my shoes, etc. This mattress cannot be flipped to the other side to prolong its life, but I have rotated it once just to avoid compressing it too much on the same side. Great value for the money! (Now, if I could just convince my cats to stop trying to use it as a scratch pad!)

Update: I have used this mattress daily and it's not comfortable anymore. It dips in the middle, it's uncomfortable after a while, and it's just not worth the money- look somewhere else. I'm only 24 and I'm waking up with back pain and uncomfortable body aches. I mentioned it to my partner and he said, "Oh yeah, I thought it was just me. It's like you can't lay in the bed for too long." I hate how it feels. I don't look forward to going to bed anymore and will sometimes fall asleep on my couch before I will get in the bed. Don't get it. It took me a while to decide on getting this bed or not, due to the reviews. I ordered it anyways and I'm not disappointed. The box was delivered, and it was HEAVY! With the help of someone, we dragged the box into the house. After I struggled to get the box off of the mattress, it immediately started to hiss. With the cutter that comes with the mattress (Super helpful btw), I excitedly ripped off the plastic and initiated the inflation process. It quickly started to expand, and as it expanded, I put together a bed frame, then slapped the mattress on top to continue to inflate. I came back about ten hours later, exhausted, and put sheets on the bed, ready to lay down. It's not thee most comfortable thing in the world, but it's nice and soft. For the price, it's perfect. I don't feel the springs at all. Like other reviews, the edges are weak, so I always make sure to scoot back a little to avoid literally slipping off of the bed (My sheets are silky). It's not bad at all.

I was honestly really skeptical to order such an affordable bed in the box, but every single guest that has slept on that bed has said how comfortable it is. It was so easy to set up and Iβm honestly still in shock with how great it worked out, I love that I didnβt need to get a boxspring, and it was all in one.

You can not sit or sleep too close to the edge of the mattress or you will slide off the edge onto the floor. We bought a metal frame box springs thinking it would help support the edge but it didn't. The mattress is comfortable if you sleep in the middle. Be extra careful when getting on or off or you will end up on the floor.

Mattress is for a guest room. It serves it purpose, but when one sits on it, be careful or you'll fall/ slide off. Once in the bed it is comfortable. Can hear the springs a little. If the lateral side were more supportive, it would be a great find. As it is is a good economy find. Not for everyday sleeping, unless money is tight and need something to tide you over to do better I placed a nice mattress pad on it also. I gave 1 star for pain relief because it didn't apply. mattress is very soft but took off for lack of side support
