Finally got my sons room finished and could set up the beds (I’ve had this for 2 months just sitting in the box). It fluffed up nicely after sitting for about 18 hours. We added a box spring underneath since it’s on the thinner side, but the medium firmness does help support your weight fine if you’re on the thinner side. It’s a comfortable mattress though for the price. Recommend

Got this as a replacement for the mattress on my son's bed. We unpacked it and let come back to life overnight. There was absolutely no offensive odor associated with it. We put it atop an existing box spring mattress, so support is good. As a memory foam mattress, it is firm when you first lay on it, but it quickly softens and conforms to your body as it warms. It is quite comfortable to sleep on. I only wish it was a bit thicker.

Was looking for a mattress for our 2nd son and this one is a close match to what our 1st one is using. The packing is straightforward. It comes in a long rectangular box and it's vacuum sealed to minimize footprint. I let it sit out in the sun for a few hours and then let it sit inside the house for 48 hours before I use it. You could leave the mattress out in the sun longer to get rid of the smell as much as possible. It's very thick and comfortable for the kid and even myself the parent. Overall, pretty good mattress for the kids to use.

REVISION: The seller reached out to me today 9/27/2022, regarding my negative feedback. They contacted me via phone call / voicemail and email. They apologized for the negative experience and thanked me for the feedback. They also told me that the listing had already been updated to remove the false information; and I'm happy to report that as of now this is true. Upon checking the item listing, it no longer states "Made in the USA" or any other false claims. They do actually care about their customers' and that means a lot these days. Because of this, I have decided to revise my review from 2 Stars to 4 Stars based on this customer service experience alone. Original Review Below: 8/31/2022 Let me start by saying I DO like this mattress! I got the "Full" size to convert my son's toddler bed into a "big boy bed" and it is true to size. It comes neatly vacuum packed and tightly rolled up, but was easy to unpack and cut out without damaging it. We were concerned that it would not be thick enough, however those concerns were unwarranted because it is plenty comfortable, even for me at 6'4" & 200 lbs. It is a bit thin/hard when sitting upright, but not when laying down. The instructions say to let it "air out" for 24 hours to allow it to decompress and let any chemical smells dissipate. In our case though, this was not needed. It came back to full size/thickness in a matter of minutes and there were no bad odors. The "slats" on his bed are eight inches apart, and this is sufficient support, but we have since opted to put a box spring under. I'd still recommend a solid surface or slats that are closer together because you can feel the slats (or gap between rather) when sitting upright. So, all in all, I actually give the bed itself a FULL FIVE STARS! Unfortunately though, I cannot bring my self to rate as such due to False Advertising. The listing very clearly says "Made in USA", however the tags on the bed itself tell a different story. See attached pictures for yourself, as they state that it is "FILLED AND FINISHED IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" and the mattress cover is "MADE IN CHINA". It even states the "Importer/U.S. Records Location" further solidifying that it is indeed imported and NOT made in the USA. Thus the reason for reducing my rating to two stars.
