I purchased this 2 inch memory foam mattress topper for an old king size mattress we have in a second property. I didn’t want to spend money on a new mattress because it was fine just lost its softness. I needed something to make it more comfortable to sleep. It was perfect! I finally slept without my shoulder or hips hurting. Just the right amount or softness., and the size fit great. I don’t think it had any awful smell and it does not make it hot to sleep. Not sure what it means by cooling, but it didn’t seem to make me hot while I was sleeping. I looked around at big box store and the price of this was so much less and the quality was better than their cheapest foam topper. Purchased it for a queen bed definitely does not fit. A queen bed leaves capping holes between the edges of the entire mattress, definitely flattened out the second you sit on it very uncomfortable poor quality absolutely no pain relief had to remove it. My back was killing me.
