Some folks may like this product. My wife bought us a bed that was wooden-plank hard from Amazon. She then bought this to help mitigate that situation. It is unfortunately that it is way too soft and provides no support structure. So, bed shopping on Amazon is now and forever going to be a thing of the past for us. We are disabled and without transportation, and live in poverty. By the time we could get things set up for regular use, it was too late to return the product(s). I'm also convinced that ordering things in hopes of sending the product(s) back if they don't work probably doesn't work well with any product that must be vacuum-packed. We have no way to vacuum pack them back into the condition they arrived in. So we've learned 3 valuable lessons. Thank you.

Functions as well as any other brand name memory form mattress I’ve owned. Much better price too. Soft and supportive. Stays cool. Only negative is I think a 2 inch would work as well. I have other protective pads on top and my sheet edges barely tuck in now.

I bought this for my son’s bed. It has the typical smell that they all have out of the package. We let it air out for a day, and the smell was fine. The thickness is good. What’s unusual is the size. It’s about an inch too small. When my son mentioned it, I thought he just didn’t have it lined up properly. Nope. That’s not the problem. It’s literally an inch (maybe and inch and a half) too small. Other than that, it’s a good pad for the price.
