I purchased king size which pack shorter than I though. It was fold first and roll it up as I picture. The seller describe it will fully expand within 72 hour. It was expand immediately after I cut out the plastic vacuum bag which used by the small cutter in the manual bags. I have uploaded the picture what I reviewed the box, how it looks without box but vacuumed. The box is smaller than I though but it was too heavy. It was uneasy to carry up to second floor even it already packed small. The quality really meet my expectations. Usually I love the firm mattress which I feel comfortable before. This mattress describe as medium firm that is perfectly for our body. My back feel will not feel any pain after I slept all night long that really amazing me. And I choose the 12in mattress cause I have my bed frame which has 12 inches gap between. The cooling memory top is gorgeous part that make it feel so comfortable. By the way, it doesn’t have any odors when I opened the vacuum plastic bag. I really satisfied with this purchases. And I pictured as what I received and how I love it. Great mattress! Was skeptical at fort because our previous mattress we got off Amazon was defective and uncomfortable. Easy instructions. Be sure to read them fully as you need to let the mattress do it’s thing for a few days, I gave it a week, after opening It to expand. This one is very comfortable with no defects! My only concern was the condition of the box it came is was very poor and damaged, but thankfully that did not cause any damage to the mattress. Hopefully the shipper or who’s ever is responsible for packaging will upgrade the way it’s packaged. The way it’s handled during delivery should be taken into consideration as well. Absolutely love this product and this is probably the best one I have slept on in the last couple of years. This king size luxury mattress has just the right firmness, neither too soft not too hard. I've been having back issues and in an effort to fix my sleeping issues, I opted for a new mattress. After reading reviews and reading multiple ones that spoke directly to what sounded like what I was going through, this sounded like a perfect match. I slept on it 4 days, hoping each day would be better, yet, it was simply too soft. It is a comfortable mattress overall, so my overall rating is a 4 because my boyfriend loved it and it is comfortable, however, it made my back hurt so much more. I ended up reaching out to Amazon customer service for a refund. Apparently, it's pretty difficult to return these unless you have it still packaged in the airtight plastic, which of course, how can you take advantage of the '100 day trial' unless you take it out and sleep on it. Because of Covid, they can't take it back once you've taken it out of the packaging.... ... show more

This bed is amazing! If I need to be productive I absolutely cannot lay on this bed. I fall asleep immediately. I work long hours hours, have a bad back, and it’s so nice to be able to go home and immediately go to sleep instead of laying awake like I would do on a regular spring mattress.
