We bought two Inofia's before this one. This 8 inch one we got for our spare room. It's like a plush top mattress but firm base. Notice the picture where I'm pushing on the top - I'm pushing quite firmly down on it and the depth is soft and inviting and then the base feels nice and firm. We haven't slept on this mattress yet but we have company coming for the weekend so I'll update after they are gone. I was a little concerned when I saw the shape of the box - it was damaged, but the mattress was fine. When I took it out of the vacuum packing, it puffed up to 8 inches immediately and it has stayed at 8 inches for the week or so we have had it. The cover on this one is nice. It has a zipper around the bottom inside edge. Inofia certainly seems to know how to make a quality mattress! ... show more

This is our second purchase from Inofia for a 6" twin mattress for our son's bunk bed. His sister is going to be joining him soon, graduating from her crib. So, we bought our second mattress for use with the upper bunk bed. I have a bad back and had always preferred firm, box spring mattresses. I actually quite liked the Inofia foam mattress we got for our son back in January 2021, and my back did not hurt at all sleeping on it. This one, like the previous purchase, arrived in a surprisingly narrow, tall, rolled-up package -- my mother-in-law and I both looked at it in awe. Per the included instructions, I carefully cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and let it sit on the living room floor for 72 hours to let it fully re-inflate. I actually jumped on it after the first day because it looked already ready for use, but we let it sit for the full 3 days anyway. Verdict? It evenly deflated, felt VERY comfortable and firm enough to not hurt my back. I'm actually contemplating of getting a queen size foam mattress for our own bed, but since our spring mattress is still very good (and firm), we are not going to spend extra money. Either way, sometimes I go take a nap in my son's bunk bed and am amazed by how well a foam mattress sleeps in. My 6' son started complaining about his Twin mattress being too short, so decided to try this one (6" height) in a Twin XL length. This mattress is a 6" height and I was concerned that it would not provide the necessary firmness for my son who weighs 160 lbs, but I was surprised at how firm it was. I weigh 185 lbs and as you can see in the pics, I don't noticeably sink into the mattress. One way I test it is by lying on my stomach and seeing how much my face sinks into it--for this mattress, I could just barely see with my eyes. With my son's currently traditional spring mattress, my face is completely immersed and its impossible to see anything. The dimensions for a Twin XL were correct and the height reached slightly over the indicated 6", so no problems there. And it didn't take more than an hour to reach the correct size. The cover is very nice and is removable and I suspect washable, but I haven't tried yet. Its nice fabric that has a decent thickness. The inside cushion is also covered with fabric so I don't think there will be an issue of particles coming out and onto the cover and causing scratchiness as some foam mattress seem to have an issue with. This mattress is made in the U.S.A, which gave me a little comfort, particularly when you see a lot of reviews saying there are issues with particles, bed bugs, and asbestos? Yikes. As for the price, I just paid $350 for a 8" foam mattress recently and other than it being 2" higher, its not any firmer. In fact, this model seems to feel a little cooler when layed on. Great mattress honestly I would order this over name brand. My parents just paid 3 times the price or more for a mattress and they liked mine more than theirs!! Also they shipped it pretty quick and after 24hrs you can sleep in it!! Also great for beds that have moving parts.

Purchased two 8 inch, Queen size for attic bedrooms and to be used by shore home guests. Mattresses arrived a bit later than I would have liked but once received was able to carefully open them and both filled up right away. I did not detect any odor as others have stated and the material on the cover seems very well made. Ultimately, will need our guests to decide on comfort sleep-wise but when trying them out they seemed very comfortable to me. Therefore, I recommend!!! ... show more

This mattress(12") is good shape. It did expanded within 12 hrs after opened the package. When I slept the first night, I sweat a lot even though I'm not a sweaty person. Since then, i woke up during the nights.. The description is: "Cool comfortable sleep by reducing sweating, Keep cool all night". But I feel hot. Comfortable, inexpensive way to solve the problem of my husband’s sleep apnea machine noise, I just move to the other room. Plus now we have an extra bed for visitors.
