I like a softer mattress, and this is a nice softer mattress, but still has plenty of support. Very comfortable, excellent quality, excellent price. The old mattress bothered my neck and shoulders. This mattress does not!! Easy set up, I received it in the afternoon and slept on it that night. And it did not have a chemical smell either. Very happy with this purchase!

This was very affordable. It is nicely made. It is higher than my last mattress, which is a plus for getting in and out of bed. While it maintains its shape, the comfort and support lasted about a month before I started feeling back pain. I flipped the mattress and then it felt more supportive again. Not sure how long this will last. Mattress has no odor unlike previous compressed mattress ordered.

Absolutely love this queen mattress. I originally bought this to make custom sized mattresses for my kids. I took the encasement off and cut it in half like butter to make two 40x60" mattresses. We love the quality so much that we'll be upgrading our master bedroom as well. No disturbance while getting on/off and it's firm enough for aching joints yet soft.
