It's exactly medium firm and my bad back and hips don't ache all night. I sleep on my back and sides, and no pain. So far, there's no sinkage where I sleep. It came in a super heavy tube but when rolled out and taken out of the plastic, it plumped up to 14 inches within 48 hours. So far I love this mattress - it's every bit as good as the expensive one I had previously. Even if it were to only last a year or two, considering the price, it's well worth it!

Got this mattress for my daughter and she loves it from a comfort level. The firmness is perfect and the number of layers makes it a perfect fit for the room. The only complaint about the mattress is that the divots in the mattress where the coils are located are a little too deep. Not terrible but noticeable.

I bought this mattress, and it's truly of tremendous quality. You can tell the difference from others because of how firm and comfortable it is. I feel like my back can rest well. I can also tell you that, thanks to its individual springs, I don't feel when my husband moves in bed, and I have uninterrupted sleep.
