It has a medium-firm feel, which I find really comfortable — supportive without being too hard. I've been sleeping well since the first night, and it seems like it's going to hold up nicely. Surprised and Delighted! Overall the mattress is a huge win! Great quality, reasonable price, no smells, provides a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep, as well as medium level of support. In reading through the reviews, this was one that really stood out to me, that is why I gave it a try. I will tell you that the expansion time really needs to be adhered to, because with the twin size, 10-inch I purchased, it initially expanded to 8 inches upon opening, then took 24 hours to expand to 9 inches, then another 24 hours to expand fully to the desired 10 inches. Please be patient and allow the 72 hours for this process and you will be extremely happy with this mattress. One comment I read stated that this mattress is like "sleeping on a cloud", I agree wholeheartedly! Love it!

I finally was able to upgrade the size of our bed. And the reviews this mattress had pulled me in. I love the fact mattresses come in boxes now. I didn’t need a box spring. I use to have a cooling hybrid mattress that was extremely comfortable and comfy for me. However my husband needed a more firm mattress. He said he has slept so much better since sleeping on this mattress. It’s also big enough to have our son sleep with us. I also love the fact that my sheets don’t slip off. My last mattress the sheets came off every time we slept on it because of the cooling material it had. I love the height of this mattress. My husband doesn’t like high beds, mostly because he’s short lol but I love it. It makes it feel luxurious to me. Great mattress! Did not disappoint

I like this mattress. I wasn't sure which one to get with so many deals out there. This mattress isn't too firm. It has enough give to it and is comfortable. The edges don't have as much strength as I would like but the price and comfort make me overlook that part. I don't have regrets about buying it.

I would call the comfort level "firm" which is what I hoped it would be. The box was heavy but not unmanageable. I let it expand for 48 hours and placed it on my box springs. I slept like a rock the very first night. I am very pleased with this mattress. I''d buy another one if I had another bedroom. Best money I've ever spent for a mattress.
