heavy mattress that comes out of the box, right when you pop it out you can lay on it and it is comfy, I'd advise to wait 3 days and let it firm up as it becomes much more comfortable. It is a firm bed but still soft and comfortable, for the price it was a steal. I was nervous at first because of how cheap it was but after laying on it for a week my back pain is gone. Set up is immediate as it pops out of the box easily

I own and sleep on a luxury mattress. I purchased this mattress for my guest room. I sleep in there sometimes to be close to grandchildren when they spend the night. I am surprised at the quality of the mattress considering the price I paid. I sleep very well and its very comfortable. It has just a little give which is perfect for me as I have back issues. I highly recommend it. Great bargain!

This is really comfortable, medium firm. It’s soft enough. It isn’t forming but it’s still comfortable. I guess it’s worth what I paid. No pain relief but it’s more comfortable than my last one. The set it is easy. The mattress is heavy.

If I could give this bed zero stars, I absolutely would. We bought this bed with such high hopes, especially since so many major department stores that used to carry mattresses in-store have closed down. Unfortunately, ordering this bed online was a huge mistake. I've never experienced so much back, side, rib, and hip pain just from laying down. I honestly regret throwing out my 11-year-old mattress because it was far more comfortable than this one. This bed feels flimsy and offers no proper support — you just sink right in no matter how you lay. It’s uncomfortable, unsupportive, and a total disappointment.
