When delivered it needs to be placed inside the home if property owner is home. It was so heavy. It fit perfectly on my bed frame. My sister said it is very comfortable. No awful smell like some new beds. It was easy to open. A few months from now I will give an update if the springs are good and if the bed provides good stability.

Got the 12 inch queen and oh my. so surprisingly comfortable. The memory foam pillow top really contour your body and gives the right amount of support. the material seems of high quality and well made. looks elegant. easy to set up this mattress. comes nicely packaged and rolled up in box. remove the plastic then unroll it.let mattress stay out for at least 48-72 hours to get full thickness and before sleeping on it. once you set it up unroll it and let it expand out. you might be like me and have a complete night of sleep without tossing and turning.

When you first sleep on it, the mattress is extra firm and then it start to become comfortable. I wish it had a little more padding on top, i am well rested after sleeping on it. You get what you pay for. I can’t complain. The fit on the bed is true to size and easy to open and prepare for your bed.

After 3 days the bed did rise to about 12in, I finally slept on it the 5th day and it’s not comfortable at all.. feels very stiff and springy and cheap.. :/ the last bed I had was some inexpensive ikea hybrid mattress and it was comfier than this. I think it’s worth it to invest in a more expensive bed. I’ll be getting a foam topper to make this better. Update: the seller is kind, and after getting the topper my experience has improved.
