Our expensive previous mattress was only two years old and we were not sleeping well on it, and we had no alternate place to sleep while the mattress "ungassed" for 24-48 hours, so we hopped right in after 10 hours of "poofing" and got the best night's sleep right out the box. You figure; it's been in a box for ev-er. Me sleeping on it the first night isn't going to kill it. It does have the crease wehre it was folded, but is anticipated to go away after a few weeks. Arrived early via Fed-ex. It's heavy, so be prepared for that. The unboxing wasn't dramatic. It started inflating the minute we started unrolling it. It didn't have any odd smells. My sleep health score had been in the 50's for some time. The first night was 73 and the second was 90! I woke a bit stiff but felt rested. Usually a new mattress takes some time to adjust to. Our old mattress was either that bad or this one is that good. We bought this one because a relative had one that I slept on during a visit. I thought it was VERY comfortable, so we thought we'd give it a try. Great price as well. Highly recommend. ... show more

This mattress is great!!! I was hesitant to buy a bed in a box and then it was folded up so small in the box I was like there’s no way it’s gna be this big but it is huge it’s heavy but lightweight as well I was able to move it alone. It’s firm but not too firm it’s doesn’t really bounce you if you where to jump on it which is great it forms to my body and I sleep like a baby. It’s huge also it does not smell at all and I bet it lasts a lifetime witb how durable it is. Great purchase and so cheap to own a king bed I couldn’t believe it would be such a great deal.
