I would definitely classify this as a firm bed, but it sinks in a bit while you’re laying on it. I think it’s quite comfortable especially considering it’s pretty cheap in comparison to other similar beds on the market! It’s like a lottery when purchasing a mattress online, and I will say I am very relieved and happy with my decision to get this one! I was worried I’d get stuck with some crappy quality mattress that I couldn't return! I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because I do believe I’ll be getting a mattress topper for it, just because I’m more of a memory foam type of gal. Overall though, it’s a great bed.
