I've owned at least 8 different "memory foam" mattresses over the years because they are cheap and affordable. But after a few weeks or months that start to sag and sink in the middle because they have no support. This is as close to an actual mattress you will ever buy in a box and it actually has springs built into it, I wasn't expecting that but it was a nice surprise. So far it's been very comfortable it actually feels like a real mattress and not some thick foam. So far I give it a 5 star rating. Besides buying an actual mattress this is the best if not almost the same thing. Worth every penny.

I would say if you don’t want a firm mattress then this is not for you. It’s comfortable for me, and it’s not too firm that you don’t sink into it. It’s a pretty good size! Pretty heavy so have someone helping. And it’s wrapped up pretty tightly so be aware when undoing the wrap. It will spring out.

Very unhappy with mattress as it feels like the springs are jabbing in my side and they now expect us to somehow return a queen mattress that was rolled up by sending us a return label ... should we slap that retuen label in the middle of mattress, how does that work. I'd ask them but there is also no way to contact them for additional help, I would never buy anything from these folks and I have to believe there are better options out there.
