Good for the money. It's a softer mattress that forms to your body. We use this in the guest room on a platform bed frame. It looks and feels great. No sagging if you are a side sleeper like me. When opening and unfolding there was no factory chemical smell. Just un roll and let it puff up for a day and it's ready to go.

I’d been waking up with a stiff back for months, and after way too much research, I decided to give this mattress a try. I’m glad I did. Comfort: The top foam layer feels plush without sinking too much, and the pocketed coils underneath give it the support I didn’t know I was missing. It strikes a really nice balance—soft on the surface, firm where it counts. Temperature: I’m a warm sleeper, and this mattress actually stays cool. No waking up sweaty in the middle of the night, which is a huge plus. Motion Transfer: My partner tosses and turns constantly, but I barely feel it now. Not perfect, but definitely better than our old memory foam mattress. Setup: Came in a box, expanded faster than expected, and didn’t have any chemical smell. Overall: After a few weeks of sleeping on it, I’m waking up with less back stiffness and feeling way more rested. For the price, it’s an excellent value. If you want a mattress that’s supportive without feeling like a rock, this one’s a great choice!

I was grateful for the opportunity to try this mattress. My husband and I had been sleeping on an ancient Tempur-Pedic that was way overdue to be replaced. So my assessment of this hybrid mattress is going to be what I noticed in contrast to the old one that was memory foam completely through. It arrived in a compact box and was super easy to set up. They even included a little cutter to use to remove the plastic wrapping, which worked perfectly and was much appreciated. Way better than expecting customer to use their own scissors or other cutting implement and risk damage to the mattress in the process. Because that plastic was stretched TIGHT. It said to allow 48-72 hours for it to expand to it's full shape, but ours appeared to be completely expanded by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised that there was almost zero chemical smell, as anything new that's been wrapped up like that has bound to have odor. I put a fan on it anyway and by bedtime there was no smell at all. My husband has been pining for a firm mattress and this fulfilled his wish. He has back troubles and complained the the old mattress made it worse. After just a few nights he's noticed improvement with that. I found it too firm for my liking. I'm a side sleeper and have pressure issues on my hips from a firm mattress. This one has plenty of padding on top so I don't feel like it's the fault of the mattress. I have a thick topper that I plan to add to see if that helps. I was also hoping that it would be markedly cooler than the old mattress, but I did not notice a difference there at all. Hubby loves that it doesn't feel cold when he first gets in, which is an improvement that he much appreciates as he's always cold. I also found the edges to be a lot less rigid than our old mattress. This one's a few inches taller so it may be that I am just not used to it yet. It also has a little less movement suppression than the old one did. Not terrible, but enough that I noticed. We referred to the old one as the "biscuit dough bed" as there was zero transfer of the partner's movement. This one acts more like a spring mattress in that regard. All in all this seems to be an excellent mattress for the price.

Worst mattress ever! Returning! Not only is it not truly queen size as you can see in the photo it does not fit in my quern size bed frame, but the height is definitely not 12 inches. On the corner it is just under 10 and in the center it is just under 11 inches and there is no Edge support I'm sitting in a chair and can push the mattress down halfway on the edge. It's pretty to look at but it is not supportive or the right size

Overall a comfortable, supportive, attractive and well made mattress at a great price! Unboxing it was a chore. I can move mattresses around fairly well, but the box lacked any kind of hand holds and arrived rather crumpled. Unrolling it went well with a fast expansion rate and they include the little plastic cutter. The mattress itself has great support and looks quite nice. The hybrid springs feel a little odd after having slept on a pure silicone bed for the past decade. It feels like a "guest" bed if you catch my meaning. But honestly I slept on it fine. For whatever it is worth the charcoal color is quite nice and it seems durable and well made. In sum, at double the price you should look elsewhere... But at this price it seems like a fantastic deal!
