I bought this for my mom who is 91 years old. She has had a new mattress in like 30 years. She finally let me order her one. This is her first memory foam mattress. She has been over the moon about it. It’s a medium soft mattress in her opinion. Not too soft but not too firm. She said she feels supported but also cushioned. It’s pretty stable and doesn’t bounce or jiggle when she’s turning or trying to get up which is a big plus for her at her age. She’s used to a spring mattress that wasn’t stable for support to get up out of. She said it’s longer than her old twin mattress and she was excited about that as well so she can stretch her legs. Again she hasn’t had a new bed in 3 decades so she might just be in awe of a fresh new mattress and her very first memory foam mattress. But she gives it 5 stars! I put her new bed frame together and I unboxed this mattress and put it on her frame for her. I laid on it when I was finished for a break and it did feel very nice.

I have had this mattress for almost an entire month. So far so great. Fiberglass free! When I unpackaged this it completely filled out in a literal minute. It was the full ten inches and fit my bed perfectly. I honestly think it could be more firm. The mattress I had before this was a true firm mattress and this one I would say is semi firm. It has a little more sinkage than I prefer but still have zero back pain. However, it still is just so comfortable. It feels like a cloud but also firm at the same time? It’s also very light weight and has zero odor. There are a few things about this mattress that I believe could be better, however for the price point and ease of assembly it’s definitely worth it!

Mattress Is very comfortable and soft .not to firm. It filled up completely on all four corners after removing the zipper covers for the 72hrs. No problem there. There was a slight smell for a few hours but it disappeared by the time I got ready to sleep.. I'm ok with it overall.

This mattress is so soft it pained me to roll, move, get off. To sit on edge of bed it drops so you fall off. With no other plan I had to spend another $150 for a extra firm mattress topper to put on top of it which made it a little better but I really wish I spent all that money on a much better mattress that wasn’t the softest thing I’ve ever felt in my life that they shouldn’t sell this as a bad it’s way way way too soft for anyone.

I was looking for a good mattress for my husband and I. I don't ache as much and my husband's snoring is at a medium. This mattress does not have any cooling effects as advertised. It states that the mattress is supposed to have a cooling gel but it seems to trap heat and cause the area you're at to continue to be warm or hot. We slept with just a sheet and without any coverings and the mattress stayed warm/hot. The mattress has perfect firmness. It took 2 days for the mattress to completely expand but the corners and edges did not expand fully. So when getting onto the bed or sitting on the bed we have to be careful not to slide off. I got the 12" and the thickness is ok except for the corners and edges of the mattress. The value is ok but I wish I could have gotten what was advertised. I don't like being hot in my bed or waking up in a sweat because the mattress is trapping body heat instead of cooling like it advertised. I'm a little disappointed and will probably have to buy a cooling type of mattress topper.
