I got this for my preteen to replace an old mattress she's had since she was a toddler. It came in a reasonably small package for a mattress, and was vacuum sealed so it seemed pretty flat when we first pulled it out. We let it sit out for a week and it fluffed up to normal mattress size pretty fast. It does seem a lot lighter than most mattresses, and would work especially great for kids, furnished rentals, or beds you need to move often. My daughter really loves this one and says that it's more comfortable than her old one. Sheets fit on it well and seem to slip off of it less often than the older one.

I got this for my granddaughter's bedroom, and she loves it! I've slept on it a few times and it's actually very comfortable. It seems to be more in medium firmness. I didn't sweat all night (which is a major plus!). I didn't wake up with back aches and I really did sleep well. I don't usually have very good luck with just random mattresses, but we did very good with this one. When it arrived, it was very heavy. You might need help scooting it inside. You just get it out of the box and get the plastic off of it and let it do its thing. We let ours "inflate" if you want to call it, for about 48 hours and it was ready to go. It was time to put it on the box springs and that was fairly easy too. The only thing I wish I could change would be the thickness. It's for a child so, I'm not that worried about it yet.

My daughter was needing a new mattress and I saw this one and ordered it for her. Now I wish I had one! Here are my thoughts on the EvaStar mattress: 1) It comes like most mailed mattresses all rolled up and vacuum packed. But when I unrolled it on my daughters bed and cut open the plastic wrapping it reconstituted itself very quickly. You did not have to wait hours while the poos suffocated mattress tries to revive itself. 2) I am impressed by how comfortable this mattress really is. I don't know if it is having the springs but wow I conked out on it and slept great and woke up with no aches or pains. My daughter wanted me to add that she LOOOOVES IT! :>) 3) The materials seem to be of good quality and should last. I really like this mattress. Why did I purchase it for my daughter and not myself? RATING SYSTEM: I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important. Here is my rating scale: 5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone. 4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well. 3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great. 2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it. 1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.

This is a really high quality, lovely mattress. I like that they give you about three months to make up your mind if you like it, but I made up my mind on the first night. It's very comfortable, the memory foam just takes the shape of your perfectly, and it's firm enough that you're not sinking. This is a great mattress for sleeping, of course, but it's also comfortable to sit up and read, scroll on your phone or watch television. Very high quality and reasonably priced. Great for a kid's room or another smaller bedroom. I'm very impressed.

I got this mattress for the guest bedroom because it was in desperate need of a new one. We had a ratty old spring mattress that was so uncomfortable. The difference between them was night and day, let me tell you. The mattress was easy to set up and started fluffing up right out of the box. And the comfort, I was a bit jealous of how comfortable it was compared to my own mattress I'm not going to lie. I'm very happy with it and can safely recommend it.
