14inch Queen mattress arrived fast. The mattress was well packaged and there were no damages to the shipping box. It may take up to 72 hours to take its shape but it was already 12inches on the edge (edge was the shortest, middle of the mattress was taller) right out of the box. After 3 hours, it was much closer to 13 inch. I have already started using it after leaving it aired out for 5 hours and very happy with it. The texture and quality of the top fabric was smooth and plushy. Definitely recommend. Great Price for a hybrid mattress.

The mattress arrived a day earlier which is always a plus. Set up was quick and easy. We let it sit for 72 hrs for it to fully expand. This mattress is very comfortable. Hasn't given me any back pains. It's about a medium firmness. I can lounge and lay on it all day long because it's that comfortable. For the price, it's a great buy!

This showed in a single box, heavy but easily moveable. Honestly wasn't expecting much from a mattress so cheaply priced. Once opened it inflated within around 3 minutes. Wow was I amazed. this thing felt better than the mattress I paid over $1500 for. would suggest, especially for those looking for a great mattress with an astoundingly low price. Was a pleasure of an order!
