This is going to be a technical review and I have included several pictures. Quick Review: it's actually 11" and NOT 12", but it's otherwise a very high quality feeling mattress and it's VERY comfortable! Perfect for a guest room especially for the price. Now if you want to see my technical review please keep reading The mattress comes in a VERY compact rectangular box. Makes it very easy to bring it inside your home through your doors. However, do NOT be fooled, it is very heavy. You can see I put it on a scale and it weighs 73.2lbs for the Queen 12" mattress. You may need someone else to help you carry it or you can easily do it with a dolly / hand truck. After you remove the box you will see that the mattress comes rolled up in a vacuum sealed bag. It is VERY vacuum sealed and super squished!, but don't worry. They include a letter opener which you can use to open bag without accidentally damaging the mattress. Do NOT use a blade as you may accidentally cut the mattress itself. After you cut open the bag it will start reinflating and regain it's shape. You're supposed to let it sit a few days for it to completely un-compress but it will look like a regular bed in moments. I waited a few days and measured it but unfortunately it's really a 11" mattress and not 12" like I stated in the title., so I'm knocking it down a star. However, despite this it's still a very elegant looking mattress. It's also REALLY comfortable and squishy despite being a spring mattress. I bought this for a guest room and I'm super happy for what you get for the price! Having the mattress come inside a vacuum sealed box makes it really easy to get it inside the room you need it in. You really can't go wrong. Hope this review helped :)

Is actually super good I definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend a lot of money but I do have back pain but not as much as I had with my old mattresses. The firmness is really good. It’s super comfortable. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend so much money on a mattress.

This mattress was so easy to open and it inflated itself. Perfect for a guest room or teenager that will be going to college soon. Very reasonably priced and very comfortable. I wo u ld definitely purchase from Mubulily again!

If your a side and want softer bed go for the 12 or 14 inch.mine is 10inch medium firm not good for side sleepers and overall not as soft
