    • Does not fit a ram 1" ball mount - quadlock ball is smaller
I have a ram T-slot installed on the dash of my Tacoma. Ram also makes a T-slot ball mount. Since I was already using the quadlock phone case I figured I would try to make it work. I ended up using a small ram mount clamp to attach my maglock with a quadlock ball if that makes sense

    • Returned item, never received refund
I purchased this item in October to attach my phone to their case with an added vibration dampener. The result involved so many different pieces that I ended up returning this, the vibration dampener, the QUAD Lcok Vibration Dampener, the Quad Lock Phone Case and the Quad Lock 1" Ball Adaptor Mount (total of $120!). Instead, I used my RAM Mount and a 1" Ram Arm with an iMESTOU Anti-Vibration Motorcycle Phone Mount ($37!). The setup is CLEAN. Here's the worst thing thought - Quad Lock RECIEVED the return, but will not refund my money. I tried the A-Z refund thing, but RAM is fighting it because they CLAIM they did not RECIEVE it w/in 30 days! For now, they have their merchandise and my money. I bet I can make them spend more that $120 to defend their thievery. ... show more

This lasted a few months I guess, then the rubber ball portion just disintegrated and mostly came off. It’s not going to hold up in the long run. It’s kept under a carport and never sees the elements unless I am riding. This was way to expensive to do this. Seriously disappointed. And I can’t seem to get a replacement. ... show more
