I needed a good winter jacket that’s windproof and waterproof. As with any “waterproof” jacket I realize I’ll be waterproofing it again after a wash or some use. We hit 37° degrees and super windy and this jacket is toasty. It will be my camping jacket too. I could sleep in my mummy bag with arms out and gloves. I’m also 6’4 and mostly slim build. The XL is perfect. I probably could’ve gone with a L to slim it up but didn’t want to loose the length in the arms. Overall a great jacket for the money. Now my son wants one.

I needed a new jacket and so far I've been impressed with this. The hoodie was easily removable and the jacket keeps me very warm. The only negative thing I have to say about this jacket is the zippered inner pocket. It opens facing frontwards instead of upwards. I'm afraid to put anything in it since I'm always worried about something falling out. If the zipper was on top like normal, or even if it was offset at a 45° angle it would be fine. Still, it's a small thing and doesn't really detract from the rest of the jacket.

This jacked it nice & heavy, the waterproof outside doesn’t bead off as much when washed in washing machine though. Has very luxurious inner interior, soft satin inside pockets with furry inside coating.
