I’m not really much of a review writer, but I do like to read them before I buy something that costs several hundred dollars. So I felt the need to do my duty to assist those who are like me. I love the bike overall. Very satisfied and would buy again right now. However, here are a few things that I wish were different. 1. Kinda needs rear and front fender. Mostly for blocking water from being thrown back on you in wet conditions. 2. The charging block gets really hot while charging the bike. Doesn’t appear to damage anything, but it’s almost too hot to touch. 3. Pedal assist is 9mph in PAS level 1. I have found myself wishing it were a tad slower for casual beach riding. That’s it. Everything else is a win. Battery life, speed, stability, and large tires. This thing can move out and performs really well even in sand. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This one is fantastic and only took me about 20 min to assemble out of the box. Highly recommend.

We bought two of these. They shipped a little banged up. One went to the bike shop for adjustment, but for the price it was no big deal. The electric parts were fine, and any basic bike could use some level of tuning especially if it’s shipped. This our entry into ebikes, and they’re great! I’m 5’9”, and it’s probably a little too tall with these beefy tires. I replaced the seat and lowered it as much as i could, and it’s still a little tall. It rides smooth, and it’s super easy to adjust to. There is a learning curve, but it’s not a big deal. I feel like it’s a good starter bike, and I would recommend it

Bike works very well for teens just trying to get around, but can also off road for those occasional trails. With plenty of battery life to get around for many miles on end if you are pedaling fits many riders sizes from 5’3 up to 6’7. One more thing to note is the brakes suck. You have to squeeze them all the way to even stop I would recommend upgrading for ztz hydraulic brakes.

Scam!
I must say this bike is a complete scam. The hub motor will fail leaving you with a paperweight that Qlife support doesn't want to address. This is just a cheap Chinese mountain bike with a cheap conversation kit slapped on it. The bike failed after one month of adult use and now I have to eat my loss. Very disappointed in this company.

Solid frame, not much else.
I purchased this bike 8 months and $1,300.00 ago. In that span of time I've dumped a fortune into it replacing faulty parts. The controller went first and was defective out of the box, two sets of fenders (the bike doesn't come with fenders) on my 5th set of tires and now I'm waiting on my replacement battery as the one that comes with the bike is cooked. The bike's name is extraordinarily misleading as it isn't fast at all. 28mph is your top out, the governor in the controller will see to that. QLife also boasts a 65 mile range on a single charge and that is straight up bogus, no matter how much you pedal. If you pedal with the motor you're looking at about 25 to 28 miles max on single charge. If you run throttle only you're looking at 18 to 20 miles on single charge. What you can expect when you open the box is a decent frame with a bunch of cheap, low quality and most likely defective parts attached to it. I don't know about the more expensive EBikes out there, I bought this one because I was simply trying to save money. I have since put into it enough to buy it twice over so no, I didn't save money. My advice, don't be me. Skip this bike and look for something better. This bike is for people who ride for fun, putting less than 100 miles on it a month, hauling to the trails in their trucks. I put over 120 miles on it a week because I depend on it to get me to work and home and everywhere else I need to go which is why I keep dumping money into it. It is a most regretful purchase. Corporate Amazon and the manufacturer are two useless trees I barked up. I'm stuck with it and that's all she wrote.

Great bike. Battery holds up pretty well. It came fully charged and i put 12 miles of mountain trail riding on it before it died. Only complaint is the plastic housing around the headlight is not very durable and breaks easily
