I would have given 5 stars of there were instructions or a better description how to use everything (like the charging and anti theft capabilities). At the moment we're lost about all of the extra functions we paid for, but it's definitely a great back pack, we just know it does a lot more, but don't know what or how to use it. I have no idea about the water resistance, haven't had a chance to try that part.

Bought it for everyday use, but if my laptop is not inside, the back folds in half, making it less comfortable. I did take it on a flight, with a laptop inside, and the rubber band allowing to attach the backpack to the trolley handle was very convenient. There are plenty of compartments and pockets to have everything organized. Would recommend for flights, and to whoever always has a laptop in their backpack.

Recently flew to Arizona for my father’s funeral and because I didn’t want to deal with luggage I bought this pack. Everything fit perfectly. So many compartments, room for clothes, my laptop & accessories, sundries and even food items. Be aware it only has comfy shoulder straps not a waist strap so if you pack it like I did it’s heavy. But still I love it. I added a charger and the cables worked flawlessly to charge my phone. Absolutely recommend this product!

Love the backpack. Looks great, feels good. The pockets make sense. Everything feels right, I just dont like the included cable for charging devices, but whatever who cares. It is there if ever needed, or I can cut it out if desired. I try and purchase local goods as much as I can but what can yah say - this was an inexpensive backpack and is by far the best I have ever owned. Big box retailers will die if they can't offer a product this good at this price. The backpacks I've bought at Walmart, Target, etc all deteriorate within 3-4 years. We will see how this holds up, but out of the gate I have high expectations. As much as I would rather buy something made or even just sold domestically, this is impossible to beat. Great product, great purchase.
