This was the third item I ordered trying to find the perfect bag. I’ve been using a backpack but my shoulders and back hurt. As a teacher I carry a LOT. This fits my laptop, papers to grade, notebook, planner, and more. I can use the shoulder strap across my shoulder or I can carry it cross body. Either way, I can hold onto the handle if I want to lighten the load. It looks like it will hold up. I ordered the one that can expand a bit more. This bag is very pretty. It has lots of space for a large laptop and mini pockets for all the little accessories. The strap seems very sturdy. The only thing I don’t like are the side pockets for a water bottle. They can only fit a plastic water bottle. You cannot fit anything bigger in those pockets on the side. They are too shallow. And they don’t stretch out far enough to put anything wider than a traditional plastic water bottle inside. But overall, I do really love this bag. ... show more

I use this for my underwear flight bag. It has two zipper pouches on the back (with the trolley sleeve that I love). This two pouches are great. I keep my ID, wallet and travel docs against my body and they easily accessible. Stylish. Snaps are strong in front. I would like to see a zippered large pouch on the interior. Has several open spots but I’d like at least one that will secure some items better. The side water bottle pockets are tight. It can get heavy because you have room for everything. I take my iPad, meds, checkbooks, wallet, emergency HBA items, earphones, adapters, hairbrush, documents, and more in there. Fits under front seats of Delta flights. Would easily store overhead.
